One of the most important positions in surfing is PRONE or lying down. With a correct handling of this ability you will be able to speed up your board and catch more waves.Open map
To surf we need the waves and they are produced by the effect of the wind on the sea surface. The waves when they reach the coast and meet low bottoms produce the long-awaited breaking points. The sandy or rocky bottoms determine the verticality and power of the wave.
We will spend a lot of time soaking and therefore we must protect our body to withstand cold in winter and heat in summer. Technical clothing will insulate you from water and sunscreens, from radiation. Refilling fluids before, during and after exercise is essential for your body.
Depending on our surfing skills and style, we have different sizes and shapes of boards available to us in the market. The shorter ones allow you a more radical surfing and the longer ones a more classic surf.
